Harrowing secrets of a small community's past and present blur the once-clear lines between darkness and light when questionable deaths arise, centering around the students of Baylor High School. Benjamin Blackburn is selected for the challenge of aiding those left behind in anguish and heartache. Unsatisfied by the authority's investigation and pushed forward by a growing preoccupation, the grief counselor searches relentlessly for answers, uncovering truths that not only reveal the shame of others, but also Benjamin's true purpose.
