A Renewed Black Leadership

The following message was delivered by Tom Skinner at the first Prayer Breakfast ever to be held by the Congressional Black Caucus at its Eleventh Annual Legislative Weekend, September 26, 1981 at the Washington Hilton Hotel, Washington, D.C. The Honorable Walter E. Fauntroy was the Chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus and the Prayer Breakfast was chaired by The Honorable Louis Stokes. The breakfast was attended by several hundred major Black leaders from across the nation.
