Dog Collar: Volume 1

It's based on an alien world only populated by civilized furry creatures who has elemental attributes and powers depending on the species of the creature, a young warrior named Mark who saves a princess, which she escaped from her kingdom because she wishes to be a normal person, while Mark has internal conflicts because he's having a hard time accepting his homosexuality and also the fact that he let his little sister get kidnapped by those that attacked their village and killed his mother when they were kids.
