PALERMO. A guide to the city and its surroundings

The first monographic work by prof. Giuseppe Bellafiore, “Palermo. Guida della città e dei dintorni”, dates back to 1956. The text is enriched with drawings by designer Nino Valenti. Today, after 57 years, this guidebook is still on the market. It is particularly known for its red cover, which makes it easily recognizable. The German and English versions were published respectively in 1959 and in 1974.
The e-book edition was looked after and updated by the author’s niece Susanna Bellafiore, who is an architect and also an editor.
