Pam Donham Suitt departs from her fiction novels as she recounts her journey through the maze that is cancer. She tells a heartwarming, but bittersweet story that will keep you turning pages with a wide range of emotions pulling at your heart strings.

This book is not a guide of medications,procedures or written in technical terms. It is merely her story as she battled breast cancer, went through surgery, and the effects of chemotherapy, as well as the effect her illness had on those around her.

Suitt tells her tale in a serious fashion with her humor and neurosis popping up often.. She tells of the challenges she faced from the first time she felt the lump in her breast, trying to ignore it, until the end of her journey thus far. She has been cancer free for three years.

Suitt lives in Southeast Arkansas with her husband Doug in the area they were both raised.
