Reborn: A Tale of an Old Man and his Wild Latin Lover

Breeze is in Panama, having lost his beloved wife who died on their sailboat en route to Colon. He is rescued from his disconsolate existence by a tiny feisty Panamanian girl, Paula, some 30 years younger than him. Their struggle with language difficulties and day to day life together is most humorous.
Breeze meets her family , of over thirty members, who all board the sailboat Breeze owns for a Latin fiesta.
The pair sail to the San Blas Islands and have meaningful relationships with many Amerindians as they explore the region.
Leaving the sailboat in Panama Breeze takes Paula to meet his dysfunctional family in Australia. Her vivaciousness enchants both Breeze s children and grandchildren to whom she is a hero. There are emotional and joyous scenes.
Humour abounds throughout their journey together.
