She ran her fingers up the cleft of her stomach to the trough between her breasts, and casually began to stroke the right side of her chest, reveling in the latent sensitivity. Nevertheless, Jen was startled, and taken aback. In the weeks since she had begun taking control of Carrie, she hadn't heard any responses from her that offered any more than simple expressions of acquiescence. A thought struck her suddenly, and she chose her next words carefully.
