The House on Lakemore Drive

The summer after graduation, Shane is enjoying the last of his freedom before college begins. However, when his best friend's mysterious cousin, Toni, blows into town for the summer after their grandmother falls ill, his world is turned upside down in a way he never imagined. He quickly falls for her, and she him. When their grandmother passes away, Toni is left a lake house that no one in the family knew about. The house quickly becomes a spot for them to get away and hang out with their friends, but the summer is coming to an end, which means Toni will soon be leaving for home. Together, they make a pact to own the house together, and they agree to come down once a year to see each other. The agreement is easy; when they're apart, they're allowed to do whatever they want, but when they're physically together, they're together. No lying, and no hiding a significant other from one another, if there is one. However, when unforeseen events take place throughout the years, the non-couple find it harder and harder to keep their promise to one another. Their bond is tested when outside forces push their way into their lives, threatening to tear everything they've built apart.
