I used the odd spelling of 'Yesterdaze' because our daily decisions are often influenced by the different circumstances we face and the moods they create; thus we often find ourselves in a daze that doesn't allow us to have the clearest vision to make the best decisions. The book covers the different phases of our lives from childhood to the grave, and how we deal with each new day and all the joys and sorrows they bring—which are frequently our response to what others say to us and about us. If you think about it, words are nothing but symbols that we allow to access our emotions; they are nothing but what we allow them to be.
