McLaughlin International is a contractor for the Department of Defense. Their contract, code named "Marvin" was a high-tech gamble that the government dropped when they stopped experimenting with ESP, telepathy and teleportation. Tom McLaughlin managed to complete the project without the government's funding. Now DOD wants it back … and they'll stop at nothing to get it.
