Robin Fairborn, The Galdafax Gems (Part One)

Robin Fairborn, a puckish adventurer and private investigator, takes on a case from a dwarf named Dugan Burrow-Vann who is the subject of an anonymous threatening letter demanding that he hand over his family heirlooms known as the “Galdafax Gems.”
A simple extortion case becomes more than Robin, and his companions: Magus Mendel (a crotchety wizard), Alida (Robin’s fairy dragon) and Sethel Sigmund Salisbury III (a fast talking satyr), could ever imagine. Their perilous investigation will take them through a magical steam-powered world full of mystery and wonder, while they are relentlessly pursued by Odin a cyclops assassin with a taste for revenge. As if Robin’s troubles were not nearly enough, Drake Leone, the local dragon mob boss and his goblin gangsters are planning a heist to steal the Galdafax Gems, for the dragon’s own coffers. New allies will be found, ancient mysteries uncovered and enemies will be made… all over one dwarf’s precious gems.
