Description
World-renowned psychics, such as Nostradamus and Edgar Cayce, have foreseen catastrophic change, which has many concerned for the future of this planet. In Surviving the Fall of Man, man is searching for a means of survival in the hell that Earth has become in the 21st century due to the predicted cataclysm. The hero and heroine, who unbeknown to themselves are the reincarnation of the first man and woman, Adam and Eve, are following archaeological clues to discover a way to recreate mankind. If our heroes succeed, humanity can once again walk with God. As they search, they are being hunted by the personification of evil, known as EU, which arises in the end of days. This entity being a fallen archangel is nearly impossible to avoid.
Their journey takes them from what remains of the ravaged United States, to the newly geographically aligned regions of Jerusalem, Giza, and Babylon. While in Jerusalem, spiritual leaders of the great modern religions are drawn together under the Dome of the Rock to unite into a new religious order which will allow man to live in peace, if he survives. Their spirits are overtaken by God and they each present a message. The messages come from the Koran, the Bible, the Gita, the Torah, and the writings of Buddha, which provide the true message for universal peace and the foundation of a new religion.
While in Jerusalem, the central characters discover they must continue their travels to Giza, Egypt, and obtain the life giving force from the place where man originated, the Sphinx. In Egypt, they are assisted by the Shiluk tribe, who had been waiting along the banks of the Nile since man's time began, to aid these individuals with the ancient quest of saving mankind from evil. Upon entering the paw of the Sphinx and obtaining the life-giving force, which is embodied in a pyramidal prism, Solomon and Eve, the main characters, are lead toward Babylon. On their journey, they must cross treacherous terrain and overcome physical ills. Eve is kidnapped by a desert band and in rescuing Eve, Solomon is given the choice to either wed her or hand her over to be the wife of a member of a Bedouin tribe. They continue to Babylon, where they must fight the followers of EU to be able to bring the life-giving force to the place where it must rest to destroy EU and his city of origin, Babylon. They face-off with EU, who's desire is to procreate himself through Eve, the woman from which he fell from grace to obtain. If he is successful, he will gain the right to rule the new world, as he previously did before. The story is narrated through the omniscient eyes of Michael, the archangel.
