The Book of Esther

An historical book written by the heroine and hero themselves. The story reiterates events that took place in Persia, about 2,500 years ago. It is about love and salvation. A Jewish woman named Esther married the king of Persia and was able to use her influence to save the Jews from destruction. These events are celebrated every year, by the Jews worldwide, in the holiday Purim.
