Confessions of a Closet Smoking, Relationship Addicted, Wannabe Enlightened Yogini

Seven years after completing her first yoga teacher training program, our Wannabe Yogini is at a career and relationship crossroads. Hoping to find clarity by subjecting herself to the rigorous training, she vows to give up her coffee and cigarettes, as well as thinking negative thoughts and other vices. Moving back home on the heels of a failed relationship, she finds this time around enlightenment is not so easy. Follow her adventures as she tries to give up her American Spirits and daily lattes in favor of 6 am meditation and a garlic free diet.
