Although this small book contains only three letters—personal in content, colored by local happenings and settings, and addressed to the respective situations of a retired priest, a bishop in a hospital bed, and a priest in distress—nevertheless, it gives the same message of hope to every priest in the world: the message that especially in stillness, the power of the love of God flows even more strongly.
