One summer night, the D’Angelo sisters, adventurous Ryder and poetic Rayne, are walking through the city streets when Ryder convinces Rayne to climb to the roof of their brownstone home, ignoring the danger of an on-coming storm. A troupe of wild weather fey appear with plans of their own, putting the sisters in peril. So begins Rayne's journey through the world of elemental fey to find her sister and reunite them.
