This is the final volume of one of the major works on the Religion of the Sikhs by Max Arthur Macauliffe. He was persuaded to take on the onerous task of translating selected texts of the Gurubani. He resigned from civil service and spent 15 long years compiling details of the lives of the ten Sikh Gurus.
