Rural England is about to be torn apart by an airliner that has been wrenched from the skies. Aboard are a collection of ordinary souls, their various meandering life paths all about to be abruptly halted - apart from one. Who is the person who is deemed too important to perish? Why must destiny be usurped to save one passenger aboard the plunging aircraft?
