The Richest Man In Babylon, Revisited

"In old Babylon, there once lived a very rich man named Arkad." So begins George S. Clason's 1926 capitalist fable, "The Richest Man in Babylon." Clason's tale instructs the uninitiated on how to be productive and build wealth through a combination of diligence, prudence and honesty. In "The Richest Man in Babylon, Revisited," we travel back in time to take another look at Arkad through the eyes of his worshipful protege, Omigud, who learns not only the potentials of capitalism and free enterprise, but also their limitations.
