Description
The book consists of ten articles written on important but controversial topics in astrology and Vedic astronomy. The answers for the controversies have been sought through science, wisdom and commonsense.
This is not a book for the beginners or advanced learners to study astrology because this is not a book teaching astrology. It is more suitable for the experts and researchers in astrology and Vedic astronomy to think differently on certain matters of present form of astrology and Vedic astronomy. The beginners and the others can also use the book to find the answer to controversial topics. The most of the topics that have been discussed in the book, such as sidereal vs. tropical zodiac, Chaturyuga, Graha Yuddha, true vs. mean Nodes etc., are ill or misunderstood even by the experts.
All subject matter (except the diagrams) given in this book is original and based on my own studies and understanding. Although I have already published on certain topics of this book earlier in magazines like The Jyotish Digest and Saptarishis Astrology the majority of the articles are unpublished and revised. Readers cannot find the concepts discussed in this book by reading any other book written by other authors.
It is my sincere hope that this book will provide core matter to the whole astrological community, both Vedic and non-Vedic, to find answers to hitherto unanswered hot topics in astrology. Readers will definitely find this book interesting and thought provoking.
