Homegrown terrorists have kidnapped a young girl and are threatening to set off a dirty bomb in one of the sleepy little towns along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Charlene, the pack a day, caffeine-addicted writer and manager of the Happy Times RV Park, has found herself in the middle of the action, along with her usual partners in mayhem and some new residents of Happy Times RV Park.
