Demian's Kall

Princess Demian lives in a world of royalty and war where myth and legend are fact and history. When her father King Reynard Agnarias returns from three long years of war he brings with him a novelty, a creature called a lionvayne. Demian knows only what she has read or been told of these creatures from the grasslands. That they are animals, scarcely human at all. She always imagined bloodthirsty beasts lacking any semblance of humanity. That is until she is face to face with a young lionvayne man. The men see an animal they wish to kill for sport, Demian however sees a man who is articulate and full of a savage intelligence. Can she save him from her father’s bloodthirsty soldiers? The bigger question is will she teach him to be a man the others can respect or will he teach her to be a ruler that men will fear, obey and respect enough to follow into battle?
