From small to tall orders, this book shows you how get going, keep going, and get it done just 20 Minutes at a time. It's magic! You’ll learn how to breakthrough procrastination and banish paralysis of perfectionism, as you use the 20Minute Miracle.
Apple Genius Bar appointment = 10-20 minutes
Average Doctors appointment =13-16 minutes
Ted Talk = 18 minutes
20 Minute Oil Change = You guessed it

How long do things take? If you have an Apple product chances are you have visited the Genius Bar, the appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes, I’ve used the service many times and usually they fix the problem in 15 minutes or less. When you see your doctor chances are you will be seen for from 13 to 16 minutes. Both of these visits are pretty important when I have tech or health problems I want it fixed NOW!
Many of our jobs and tasks can be done in under 20 minutes, but we fool ourselves into thinking they will take much longer. If you trust your doctor or your computer tech person why not trust yourself. Parkinson’s Law states, “The work expands to fill the time allotted.” So if we think something will take years or a lifetime we tend to put it off ad infinitum. Many times it is not the task itself but our tension and stress around it that is causing the problem. If we, however, decide to complete a task in the amount of time we’d have at the Genius Bar or at our doctors office we have a good chance of completing or making a huge dent in 20 minutes.
