Description
Everyone involved in the fitness industry in some shape or form has heard of Crossfit. The problem is, most of the people relaying Crossfit information are already members, making all information biased towards supporting the cult. What about Crossfit from the perspective of professional personal trainer, who has been accredited by the NCAA? As a trainer, I try to break down Crossfit into the parts that it claims to use to make up it's brand name. It's important to consider data and those other professionals like me trying to help the general population avoid these scams. While it has provided results for some, was it the most safest and effective way to get these results? The answer is most likely not, and can be supported by with insurmountable evidence. I am a certified professional trainer by the National Federation of Professional Trainer, certificate number 45582. I have written this article with the consideration of the Fair Use Act passed by the U.S. Congress. Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, parody, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use. This writing is dedicated to another online [personal trainer and video producer known as Elgintensity, who recently had his YouTube channel shut down by Crossfit, because of his corrections of people using bad form in the Crossfit workouts. He did not violate any legal matter, but did violate Google's policies, and Crossfit could prove to be more worthy to Google than Mr. Elgintensity. The fight against this scam will never stop.
