ALICE IN THE LAND OF UNFULFILLED DREAMS

The main character in this book is Alice who we know from Lewis Carroll's works but here she's already grown.Though many new thoughts and desires rush into the beautiful teenager's life her passion for wonderful adventures is not subdued.Luckily, life offers her once again a chance to enter a fairy world where she helps the good creatures overcome the evil powerwise who have enslaved them.
I wrote this story because I so wanted Alice, equally beloved by generations of children and adults, to have one more adventure, but this time as a more grown-up girl. Behind her meetings with the stern raven, the nightingale and its friend the hare, with the miserable mole and the old man whose beard was slung over a tree branch, and all the other characters, behind her struggle with the Powerwise is my sincere hope that we may find within us the strength to make our lives better and more meaningful.
