Process Dynamics and Control

This text presents a complete simulation platform which is easy to learn, self sufficient in graphic display capability. The reader can learn practically all the rigours of simulation in time and frequency domain within a relatively short time by going through 33 solved examples and solving 15 exercise problems. In addition to this, the book includes a large number of numerical examples that have been solved, and the solution contains detail of theoretical as well as arithmetic processing.

The descriptive examples are drawn from various human experiences to compare, assimilate and establish a result under discussion. Instead of deriving from some arbitrary equation or theoretical model, majority of worked out examples and exercise problems are chosen from practical process applications, and the variable and parameter values used are within the range of specific applications.
