What is self-respect? How do you earn it day after day?

What is self-betrayal?

Be true to yourself by doing what you feel is right all the time.

See your life as a pure fixed essence. You can't be messing with all the stuff in school, on TV, in pop culture entertainment and you can't buy into any formula some alleged self-help guru is selling you about x number of stages or strategies to a great life. It's just you and that free spirit inside of you living as a flowing consciousness. There's only one fountain of youth until science comes up with a way to regenerate old bodies. It's how strong your spirit is.

You prove to yourself everyday that you're tough, inspired and love to constantly release most of that natural energy inside of you.

Do what you love.
Be with people and pets you love.

Ignore the rest. Life is your artform. Your canvas is what you do everyday. Whatever is beautiful, strong, vital and powerful inside of you is the purity your God endowed you with.

Why is it that all of us look at someone and immediately make an intuitive judgment of them? What are we judging? We're judging their dignity, how true they are in honoring who they were created to be by nature.

There is only one real secret to life. It's got nothing to do with that law of attraction or law of intention crap which says the Universe will give you what you want if your intentions are right. Everybody thinks they got great intentions which means, according to that New Age bull, that we should all be happy, healthy, wealthy and wise but we're not.

Never forget the old saying, "The road to hell is paved with good intentions." In all my experiences with people, I have rarely met anyone who does not think they have good intentions, even when they're committing crimes because they say they're doing it for a good reason, to help their families.

It's just you facing what you feel inside of yourself.

I created a soul scale that I talk about elsewhere that's simple to live by. The scale goes from one to a hundred. A hundred means I blasted all my natural spiritual-esthetic, loving, hedonistic, intense, inspired energy out of myself today. It's a great day if and when you reach it but it's really hard to live like this all the time.

When I get up every morning, my standard is to release 85% of my natural energy for the day. Most of my day is spent doing physical, creative and intellectual activities. When I reach a certain level of satisfaction doing these activities, I've earned the right within myself to do any hedonistic or loving activities I want for the rest of the day.

Your soul, which is your purity as a human being, instinctively knows when you've betrayed yourself because it sends you messages through your inner voice telling you that you did not become the person you were born with the power to be for today.

This can build up for days and days until you feel like a mundane piece of crap all the time. You might not know why you feel like this but for most people, this what's happening. It's a simple case of betraying their true natures.

A lot of women and men feel lonely. Some of that is inherent but some is massive cultural indoctrination.
