The Rivalry

Fourth grader David McKreedy has three problems: dodgeball, homework checks, and bullies. Then one day, a path of breadcrumbs leading under his bed teleports him to another dimension, where he finds his pet dog Max. But something is terribly wrong. Max can talk!

Max tells David he's not from Earth. He's a powerful king from another planet. Years earlier, he foiled his evil triplet brothers' plans to take over the universe. After their capture, a galactic council cast the brothers into eternal imprisonment. Fearing David's power and relation to his notorious brothers, the council erased his memories and sent him to live the rest of his life as a human on Earth.

But his brothers have escaped and are up to their old schemes. Now, only David and a team of his classmates can stop them.
