In the future, nations have vanished from the face of the Earth. One mass surrounds the globe - The City. Humanity has integrated to the point that cultural heritages are long forgotten and personal identities with them. Central Authority creates and enforces the law on all prefectures, and those who question them have a habit of disappearing.

Saved from life in a ghetto, Taisei Mori works as a toxicologist for a fragrance manufacturing company. What seems like an innocent job on the surface soon develops into a dangerous ordeal rife with conspiracy, action and violence.
