I don't have definitive answers. Nobody does. There are a few reasonably feasible ideas about where the human race came from.
Aside from Creationism and evolution, the idea is that ancient space travelers came to Earth a long time ago. They were either one of three options or a mix of all three.
1. They were mortal beings like humans but with advanced technology.
2. They were mortal beings with advanced DNA, advanced capabilities like telepathy, super physical strength, incredibly intelligent, sharp eyesight, their bodies able to heal quickly after injury, etc.
3. They were spiritual beings from a different dimension than the physical dimension. This is the dimension we supposedly enter when we die often called Heaven and Hell or the Other Side.
There could have been more than one group of aliens here who used the Earth as a base or oasis in traveling through space.
These people came here and supposedly created great monuments like the Pyramids, the Nazca lines in Peru and the monuments on Easter Island, the most isolated place in the world. Why? Was it to leave evidence for future human beings that an advanced civilization preceded them?
The Epic of Gilgamesh and the Sumerian tablets precede the Bible. They supposedly talk about advanced beings from the sky who come to Earth and create the human race but as far as I know, the only person to claim this who supposedly deciphered these texts was Zechariah Sitchin. Erich von Daniken was not this specific. People slam Sitchin for being a liar who was not a formally-trained Sumerian text decipherer. They say he made the story up.
The Sumerian texts according to Sitchin say the Annanuki came from the skies to create humans then teach them wise ways about how to live. Zechariah Sitchin spent his life weaving this story supposedly analyzing Sumerian texts. The Annanuki were colonizers. People think they created humans through genetic engineering by mixing their sperm with the DNA of the primitive beings already here on Earth.
Were they spiritual in a divine sense or mortal with advanced DNA?
Did they create human beings from their own DNA or did they use the DNA of the primitive Neanderthals they saw on Earth to create humans?
A planet called Nibiru sometimes known as Planet X or Planet 12 supposedly swings past the sun in its own trajectory unlike the trajectories of the other planets in the Solar System once every 3600 years. Nibiru has a vertical trajectory while the other planets have a horizontal trajectory.
According to Zechariah Sitchin's research in deciphering Sumerian writings, one of its moons was inhabited by the Anunnaki people. They came here to Earth and genetically engineered the human race in their own image but stupider and more docile so they could be controlled and used as slaves in mining minerals and to do other work but it didn't seem to work because humans were too unruly.
In order to bring the intelligence of the primitive beings here on Earth up, they had to attach them to spirits so supposedly this is how we became human beings with eternal souls. At least that’s the way one version of the story goes.
