One year has passed since Voroke started The First Cataclysm and the mortals suffer through a hellish existence as Estulven is torn asunder by the war between the gods. A new hope comes with the birth of Voroke’s child but only if a brave few can defy him and keep the murderous god at bay. They soon find that something more powerful is working against them and the winds of prophesy may have other plans... This is the second volume of several short stories that tell the history of Estulven. It is meant to be an accompaniment to the upcoming novel "A Blade too Hard".
