Description
Many of our sons in America need constant guidance when it comes to education and life in general. It is heartbreaking to see young Muslim boys acting the opposite of how they were raised and suffering setbacks because of their distance from Islam.
Our sons are so bombarded by negative views of Islam that they can sometimes be ashamed to even call themselves Muslims. Our boys need to know that this is a serious battle, and that they are the ones to carry the banner of Islam in the future. It is important for books like these to help parents guide their children to adhere to what is correct when it comes to raising our sons and preparing them for the outside world
What I attempted to do with this book is gather one hundred points I felt were important specifically for Muslim teens pertaining to their overall education. It touches on tips for finding colleges, as well as just steps to growing as a young responsible Muslim man. It also talks about the importance of helping develop young entrepreneurs, and how college may not necessarily prepare them for that.
This book in no way is meant to replace Islamic studies from the authentic sources, or to act as a fatwa. I also encourage the readers to research any issues that they feel are incorrect in this book, and encourage feedback. These are merely suggestions from personal and family experience that I think will be benefit the reader. The book is not only for parents, but for the youth as well. I hope and pray that this book is of benefit to you and your little (well not so little anymore) Muslim Prince as he embarks on his journey to adulthood.
