Corporate Governance for non quoted companies and SME's: A guide for a broad understanding of Governance principles applied to Small and Medium Enterprises and Non Quoted Companies

This book gives tools and explains good practices that help companies grow and make them more solid. These tools fall under the heading "Corporate Governance" (CG). Companies that are quoted on the stock exchange are obliged to make use of them. For non quoted companies it is optional. We debate here that this option (making use of CG tools), is an option that is a win-win solution for non quoted companies and SME's. Through some specific examples and a cost/benefit analysis we hope to prove to the reader the benefits of Corporate Governance and how the Board of Directors can be a real advantage.
