To gain benefit from the teachings of the Buddha it is important to not only listen to them and contemplate their meaning, but it is also essential that we take them into our meditation practice. With this in mind I would like to share advice on the specific points of how to practice meditation. Experience in meditation will engender the knowledge that happiness is something that comes from within and also give us the tools to realize this happiness.
