Three stories come together as outlaw bikers, desperate fugitives, and a professional wrestler turned assassin try to change their fortunes in a small gambling town called "The Biggest Little City in the World." The trouble begins in Sacramento, the capital city of California, when Ashley finds a backpack that holds the key to her future.
