The Neighbors (The Replacer Series Book 1)

Kathryn grew up in the 80's, in a small town in Mississippi. Her father was a strong willed man and her mother very easy going. Kathryn's parents died. Kathryn left for college. She met a man, Gary, in college, fell in love and got married. She felt happy, like everything was falling into place.

Gary and Kathryn moved into a house had two children and started their life. Kathryn was happy, feeling her life was complete. After a few years, her husband started changing. They started drifting apart. Kathryn became unhappy, feeling lost. Gary got a new job and informed Kathryn they were moving. Kathryn felt insecure, like everything in her life was in turmoil.

Kathryn and Gary moved. Kathryn met Gary's boss and his wife, Jim and Grace, and took an instant dislike to them. They were both strange and gave her the creeps but she had to make the best of the situation.

Grace invited Kathryn to a party at her house. Kathryn didn't want to go but decided she should for Gary's sake. Kathryn went and met the neighbors. She didn't like them. She felt they were too much like Grace and gave her a creepy feeling.

Kathryn was feeling depressed until she met other friends, Kelly and Rick, and soon began building a new life.

Later she found out secrets about her husband, his boss, her neighbors, and her friends that would change her life forever and put her in jeopardy.
