Organization Behaviour: An Introductory Study on Mechiavellianism & The Big Five Personality Traits on Job Satisfaction

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the level of employees Machiavellianism traits towards the Demographic factor such as Gender & Job Title of the subject and to investigate the relationship between five factor model of personality and job satisfaction, as well as to assess the overall satisfaction of the departments.

The study was conducted in several division within one of the government agencies in Malaysia.
