FCI Berlin Inmate Handbook

The purpose of this handbook is to provide inmates arriving at the FCI/SCP Berlin with information regarding the Bureau of Prisons (BOP), its programs, and the rules and regulations. It is not a specific guide to the detailed policies of the BOP.

Rather, the material in this handbook will help new inmates more quickly understand what they will be encountering when they enter prison, and hopefully assist them in their initial adjustment to incarceration at their current institution, FCI/SCP Berlin. This information will be made available during the Institution’s Admission and Orientation (A&O) Program.
