The material in this handbook will help new inmates understand their Rights and Responsibilities and the Bureau’s institution rules and regulations and hopefully assist them in their initial adjustment to institution life. More information is available in the Program Statements located, on housing unit bulletin boards, in the inmate law library, or by request from unit management staff.
