Miela Berg McCormick Gutenberg awakens in Room 330 of the Kammerzell House in Strasbourg, France in 1768. The last thing she remembered was being in this room in the loving arms of her husband, Johannes Gutenberg, in 1438, after sustaining serious injuries from a beating by a vigilante mob. And she was about to give birth to Johannes’ child.
Miela is a modern day woman transported through time to fulfill special missions for God. She gives birth to Johannes’ son on the same date she knows her ancestor was born in Strasbourg, and then must set out to create a new life for herself and her son in a time period she is not familiar with.
