Rising Through The Ranks

I am fully convinced that there is a difference in being appointed as a leader and being raised as one. Those who are appointed are really at a disadvantage due to the fact that they will only posses the title. They have been primed and positioned by man.Those that God has raised will have the experience of going through the processes needed to qualify them for leadership. Strong leadership is the cornerstone of all organizations that are able to achieve and maintain long term success. Leadership within the church seems in short supply. The church must take pro-active approaches in the development and retention of leadership talent. They must find ways to prepare their current members for the leadership challenges of the future. The church must have an aggressive future growth plan for each member with leadership ability and gifting.
This book puts that very process under the microscope. In our study we will deal with the process that God uses to develop and mature you as a leader. Part of the development process wills caused you will encounter pain, rejection, disappointments, offences and failure couple with numerous setback experiences. These encounters are God ordained processes that enable and qualify you to be a leader. I trust that this book will help you to fully perceive and understand God's process in your life. I am also fully persuaded that it will revolutionize your thinking and give you the ability to make the difference. The principals taught will provide valuable lessons. My prayer is that it will give you perspective on your spiritual journey. Each chapter is written simply and succinctly, hence will read easily but not simplistic, plain but still penetrating.
