Since the dawn of civilization, it’s been mankind’s greatest dream: eternal youth and immortality.

In the year 2065, neurosurgeon Dr. Richard Ross solves the riddle of aging. But it comes at a price. Everyone who wants the miracle cure must undergo an irreversible operation before passing into adulthood. A special hormone patch locks their body in the form of a preadolescent eleven year old.

Under the authority of the World Health Organization, Dr. Ross oversees the universal program that promises a peaceful utopian society. Emotionally and intellectually mature juveniles assume the positions of power and take over the world.

But not everyone is happy with the new arrangement. A group of rebels from the Garden of Eden church plots to overthrow the new regime and return the world to its natural order.

A series of sinister schemes and escalating medical complications soon upends the idyllic setting. Juveniles suddenly begin rapidly aging and with no means to reproduce, the world is set on a crash course toward imminent extinction.

Building to an action-packed climax, Dr. Ross and his endocrinologist girlfriend must find and rescue the one person who carries the genetic link for preserving the human race.
