Passing Notes: Advice for the New Piano Teacher

New piano teachers are bound to have great enthusiasm and far-reaching goals when they set up their new businesses, but they also will face challenges and unique learning requirements from their students. Many situations will catch them unprepared, but it is my hope that sharing experiences and advice from my 35 years of teaching will provide both practical information and encouragement.
