About The Author

Stephen Paul Samaha is a former paratrooper who served with the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. He currently serves as operations chief for a local Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) in his home state of Florida. Additionally, he volunteers for a regional Search and Rescue team (SAR) and is an amateur radio operator and member of the Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service (RACES). Mr. Samaha holds a Bachelors of Architecture Degree from Virginia Tech and a Masters of Business Administration from Marymount University.
