The Gospel of Adara

From the moment that Yeshua the Christ stepped into her home to heal her mother, Adara, wife of Simeon, would be changed forever. Even her husband's name would be changed - for everyone but her - from Simeon to Cephas, or Peter. For the rest of her life Adara would travel with her husband and often other members of the Twelve to expand the number of people who would call themselves Believers. But Adara had a message she yearned to tell other women - that the Messiah had ushered in a new way to treat women, throwing aside many of the old customs that had held them back. This sweeping story begins with Adara on the edge of becoming a woman to those final grim days in Rome under the Emperor Nero.
