Seasons of the Soul: Transitions and Shifts of Life (Hearts Calling Poetry Book 1)

Seasons of The Soul are my words bringing forth the shifts and transitions of life. My poems come to me through my dying to myself and rebirthing, and it does so again and again, just like the seasons. As the seasons touch my soul with their magnificent transitions, I am moved to allegorize their journey with mine. As I identify with each season, I also feel that the season of your soul doesn’t always necessarily align with how the seasons themselves transition. Your winter may be in summer; your spring in the fall.
It all has to do with your life’s belonging and what is brought to your path at any given time. We never know what will come across our path… whether blue skies or a raging storm. All I know is that we experience life, and when we open up to those experiences, they bring to us the purpose of living; living with aliveness, emotion and consciousness.
I start my book with winter, for it brings to me my most reflective inner journey. It brings to me what I will die to, and I know it will bring me to my rebirthing. So as this book is divided into the four seasons, I hope that my words will speak to you, and bring reason to your personal transitions, deeper understanding to your shifts, and inspiration to your life.
