Squigg: The Space Cat Who Fell to Earth

‘SQUIGG: THE SPACE CAT WHO FELL TO EARTH’ is the story of Squigg the Cat and her short stay with Bob and Frances Nugent, and their grandson Pete. The story is told by seven-year Pete, who is spending six weeks living with his grandparents, while his parents are travelling in New Zealand. Bob and Frances are young grandparents, still very much into rock music, in particular, a man called Figgy Zooperus. After learning that Squigg can fly to the sounds of ‘Space SOS’ by Figgy Zooperus, the Nugents, in particular Bob, are unsure how to care for an flying cat. Frances has sensed all along that Squigg is ‘not of this earth’ and is keen to do what she can to care for this unusual cat. But all Squigg wants to do is find a way home. How will Squigg find his way back to space?
