Hypno Gun Control - Subletting

College coed Ashley is as out-going and party-loving as one can get, and she loves every moment of it. There's only one aspect of college she is neglecting: Actual studying.

To teach her a lesson about real life, her old man decides to sublet the other room in her flat to another person, and tells her she will be responsible for showing the place to possible renters, and collecting the monthly rent from them.

The first to come and see the place is Alex, who happens to be working as an intern for a big corporation, and is majoring in neuroscience.
Imagine Ashley's surprise when she finds that Alex is a man, and that their personalities are, to say the least, grossly incompatible.

After a snippy and snide tour of the house, Alex decides to use a device his company gave him to help her see things his way, and discharge the undue tension between them. The device induces a perfect and unyielding hypnotic trance, in female subjects.
He even helps her make new friends, bringing two busty waitresses from a nearby coffee shop to have some good, honest, and raunchy fun.
