A calamity of cosmic proportions takes place and, in its wake, super humans suddenly appear!
A mysterious government interrogator, named Quentin, gathers eight super powered individuals and forces them to explain, in detail, the facts behind an event that took place one month earlier, of which all were involved. That event? A techno-terrorist plot to assassinate the President of the United States!
