Autumn's Song
Description
I am a Pakistani poet, “Arif Viqar†who has been writing poetry for the last 33 years and has written 1,000’s of poems, in this poetry book “Autumns Song†most of the poems are philosophical and general poems to make you think and to reflect on our life and this world that why we are here and why the thing are as they are.
I am not a philosopher but my poems have a realistic, sensitive insight and touch to them, for I see, think and reflect on the thoughts of what I see and in the poetry of mine, my poems are a mirror of the society, world, life and too, of my personal experiences in life of how and what I see and feel as it is and as how it should be, the poems are not of preaching, sermonizing or moralizing but a reflection of the thoughts of a thinker, who sees and feels everything of life with an open mind, thoughts and the heart to show in the poems the essence of who, why and for what I am and why I exist and I am alive.
For I am nothing, my poems are what I am, my happy poems are my smiles and the sad poems are my tears, in each poem I take birth, flower and die and after each flower has died it becomes a seed from which there flowers a new poem – a new reflection of who I am – for my poetry, and my poems are everything that I am.
